Open Play Round and the Online Play-in Bracket Round are each hosted by Electronic Arts (" EA").ġ. (together, the " Sponsor"), 1185 Avenue of the Americas, 15th Floor, New York, NY 10036. The 2020 NHL Gaming World Championship (the " Tournament") is sponsored by NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., and NHL Enterprises B.V. At the World Final, nine (9) Players (i.e., three (3) Players from each Region) will again begin play with newly-created HUT teams drafted in a HUT Team Draft to become the Winner of the 2020 NHL Gaming World Championship. In addition, Players who finish in the third (3rd) and fourth (4th) positions at each respective Regional Final will play against one another in a consolation final match, and the winner of each such consolation final match will also qualify for the World Final. Players who finish in the top two (2) positions at each of the Regional Finals qualify for the World Final. Players who finish in the top four (4) positions in each Online Play-in Bracket will advance to the Regional Final for the applicable Region (i.e., such that four (4) Players for each of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 Online Play-in Brackets will play in each of the three (3) Regional Finals) where Players will begin play with newly-created HUT teams drafted in a HUT Team Draft as described in Section 6 below. Following Online Open Play, the top one hundred twenty-eight (128) Players (i.e., the top thirty-two (32) Players from each Weekly Play Period (as defined below)) during Online Open Play for each of the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 consoles in each of the three (3) Regions (as defined below) will continue to play with his/her/their existing HUT library in the Online Play-in Bracket.
